With the Chinese New Year around the corner, we asked ourselves: what is everyone’s favourite? The answer was clear, it’s pineapple tarts. A symbol of luck, prosperity, and joy. So, Aunty Zie gave this beloved classic a new twist by creating our Pineapple Tart Cake.
Made with real pineapples sourced from local suppliers, slow-cooked to golden perfection, and blended with premium French butter, every bite is rich, fragrant, and indulgent yet comfortingly familiar.
